These Terms & Conditions include by reference Creazioni Cabinet’s Privacy Policy. Additionally, certain Creazioni Cabinets Programs and Services may be governed by additional terms and conditions presented in conjunction with them (“Program and Service Terms”). These Terms & Conditions and Creazioni Cabinets’s Privacy Policy, together with any such Program and Service Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Creazioni Cabinets as it relates to Creazioni Cabinets Programs and Services. These Terms & Conditions, Creazioni Cabinets’s Privacy Policy, and any such Program and Service Terms will all apply equally. In the event of a conflict, the Program and Service Terms will prevail.

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your registered account.

No right, title or interest in and to the Content or the Creazioni Cabinets Marks is transferred to you when accessing or using the Creazioni Cabinets Programs and Services. Creazioni Cabinets reserves all rights not specifically and expressly granted to you. Unless otherwise specified, you may not copy, imitate, use, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, create derivative works from or frame in another website, transfer or sell any of the Content or the Creazioni Cabinets marks, without Creazioni Cabinet’s prior written permission.

9. User-Generated Content

Since Creazioni Cabinets does not control the User-Generated Content posted, Creazioni Cabinets does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such User-Generated Content. Although Creazioni Cabinets does not pre-screen User-Generated Content, Creazioni Cabinets has the right, but is not obliged, to delete or remove any User-Generated Content for any reason. 11. Termination
Creazioni Cabinets may cease any of the Creazioni Cabinets Programs and Services. Creazioni Cabinets may also terminate or limit your access and use of the Creazioni Cabinets Programs and Services at any time without notice. Any obligation or liability you incur prior to such termination will survive the termination.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and your use of the Creazioni Cabinets Programs and Services will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Texas, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America and the State of Texas, for any legal action arising out of or relating to the Creazioni Cabinets Programs and Services or these Terms & Conditions. The preceding sentence does not apply where the applicable Program and Service Terms specify dispute resolution by binding arbitration.
13. Equitable Relief
You acknowledge that any breach or threatened breach of these Terms & Conditions or any Program and Service Terms may result in irreparable harm for which damages would not be an adequate remedy, and, therefore, in addition to its rights and remedies otherwise available at law, Creazioni Cabinets will be entitled to seek immediate equitable relief, including injunctive relief, as appropriate. If Creazioni Cabinets seeks any equitable remedies, it will not be precluded or prevented from seeking remedies at law, nor will it be deemed to have made an election of remedies.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms & Conditions will still continue to be fully valid, binding, and enforceable. Failure of Creazioni Cabinets to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance.
15. Warranty Terms
Creazioni for your custom cabinet needs. We take pride in delivering high-quality cabinets tailored to your specifications. We are confident in the craftsmanship and materials used in our cabinets and are pleased to provide you with this warranty to
give you peace of mind regarding your purchase. We recognize that this cabinetry will be used every day and to ensure they are equipped for that we have tested our materials to ensure they are of the best quality.
All drawers and shelves have a normal weight capacity:
- Drawers 40 kg (88.18 lbs)
- Shelves 30 kg (66.14 lbs)
Coverage Duration
Our cabinets are covered by a limited 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This means that if any part of your
cabinet is found to be defective within 2-year from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Warranty will cover
This includes all components of the cabinets such as:
- Doors
- Drawers
- Toe Kicks
Warranty will NOT cover
-Handles, Knobs, Drawer Slides
-Tears, scratches, and cuts, caused by accidents
-Damage occurring during installation
-If you use the product for anything besides its intent application & purpose
How to submit a claim
If you believe your cabinets are covered under this warranty, please email our team. We will guide you through the claims process and may
request photographs or additional information to assess the issue. Upon verifying the warranty claim, we will determine the appropriate
solution, which may include repairing, replacing, or refunding the affected part. We aim to resolve all claims in a timely manner.
